How we report
The same four checks, every report
What it is
The product in one plain sentence: form, serving, who makes it, and what the seller says about it. The seller's claims stay attributed to the seller; we never repeat them as our own.
What the label shows
Every ingredient and amount on the Supplement Facts panel, compared with the reference intakes published by the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements, plus the seals that are actually printed on the bottle.
Who it may suit
The everyday situations where the label's contents plausibly matter, hedged to what the human research supports, and who should look elsewhere or ask a clinician first.
Watch-outs
Upper limits, overlap with other supplements, medicine interactions worth a pharmacist's opinion, allergens, and anything on the label we could not verify.
